Thoughts influence your mood, your decisions and even your neurobiology. Every time you have a thought your brain releases neurotransmitters and hormones that prepare your body and mind to respond to the (imaginary) situation.

There is a point in everyone's life when life is against us and we start losing hope. We spend day's by being negative about our lives and cry over it again and again. And that's when the negativity takes birth.

The flow of the negative thought's are  acceptable but the way you manage your thoughts matter's a lot. If you think you are the most problematic person it is'nt true. Who doesn't have problems? It's just the game of managing and priorities.


The idea is to improve your ability to reduce manage the negativity in your mind. This can keep your brain from getting bogged down every time you are distressed by something.

I catch people saying "How things can change now, when so far nothing has changed". I guess you might have also ask the same question. It's easy to give up on things, putting blame on your life and then sit idle.  Instead of giving up why not give a chance to new thing.

Till the time you have not experienced something how can you be so sure that it will not work?



You have spent day's reasoning negative about your life, Did anything changed? So, when things are not working by carrying negative thoughts why not jump to the positive one. May be this new thought can change your world. You can not forward your days. So, what's the harm in exploring the new things replacing your negative  thought's with the positive one and designing your life in a different way.

Try to see everything in a positive way. The more positive you are the more positive results you will get. There are situations which can make you stressful. But it's always upto you that wheather you want to quit or you want to win. It's just the matter of your own thought's.

There’s a day-to-day struggle that many simply can’t rise above, suffocating in a sea of despair, hopelessness, and lost dreams. But, there must be a way. Surely, if others can do it, we can do it too, right?



There are many ways to reach the goal of your life. One of them is changing your thoughts and perceptions. Being stubborn with your thoughts can block you from viewing the new world, better ideas or learning new things. This doesn't mean that the thoughts you carry with yourselves are wrong. May be you are right but what the point here is rather being stubborn listen to other's thoughts as well.

May be they have some valid points which can bring you closer to your goal. You just have to lend your ears to borrow or grab something and the decision is up to you what you want to take from them.

Being stubborn or sticking with your thoughts, is good because no one can distract you from it. Look, being stubborn to your vision or mission and being stubborn to your thoughts and perception's both are different and carries different meanings.

Example - You want to excel in a project and you are stick with your perceptions that this is the only way which can make me perfect into the particular project. Now you are putting lot's of efforts into it . However, your endeavor in excelling the project is still not up to the mark. Then, you start losing confidence and end up finding the ways you can excel. Here, rather being stuck and bounding yourself with your own thoughts why not start collecting the ideas and add up your's into it and kiss your dream.

Remember hardwork leads you to reach your goal but by playing smart can create miracle.

Now, many of them may give you suggestions or I would say demotivate you by saying "it won't work if you do it this way". Just pause them there and ask them why? Ask them what are the things you are missing it out. Remember, different people different minds and different thoughts. If they say it won't work, question them but don't distract yourself from your vision. Just be focused and passionate about your goals and show them it can if you are willing to put some efforts.

The another way to kiss your goal is to take feedbacks on the project you are on it can let you know what else you can add or correct to make it perfect.

Take an example of any restaurant, if you have ever noticed or experienced they always ask for the feedback about the environment, food, the services which was deliverd and so on. Have you ever thought why? They do this to know about the choices of all the folks who steps in. And then they come up with the new things. Again the rule applies here, different minds different ideas. By collecting the ideas and adding their own, leads them and eventually the footfall increases. This way they lead in the market too.

So, I would say, be stubborn with your vision instead of your thoughts, listen to other's, gather the ideas, may be you end up leading it.
